Oftentimes running your own business can feel like running naked down a three-lane highway - you are completely exposed - mentally, physically & financially.

You can pay squillions to all manner of advisors to help you. But they'll take your money, tell you how wonderful your business idea is, give you a presentation and a ton of work to do, then vanish, like fleas off a drowning dog - so it's just you again with less money in the bank and a feeling that your first born has been whipped away from under your nose.

But a lot of it is common sense, so mynaked.life is a summary of the challenges I've faced through my career, with the decisions I took and the things I learned - successes, failures, highs and lows.
