Sanjay Jhawar

Please forgive a moment of indulgence.

My friend Sanjay was an entrepreneur and a truly lovely guy. He had lots of ideas and a vitality that left me (at the age of 30) outpaced and out-witted. I hired him into Motorola and he was very good. I learned then the huge benefits in hiring people who are better than you.

Most recently he co-founded RealWear Inc having worked in senior positions for some of the World's best known companies.

He died in August 23 aged 55 of incurable brain cancer. What a bloody waste!
